Production

 |  The scope of the activity of the Production Department:
• manufacturing, modernization and overhauls of the gas metering station, gas metering and regulating stations and regulating points for industrial plants, offices, dwelling houses as well as heating systems powered by gas and oil (last delivery: gas metering and regulating station 4500 m3/h, for Delitissue Paper Mill)
• manufacturing, modernization and overhauls of the heating systems powered by gas and oil (examples: modernization of the gas heating systems (500 kW) in the high pressure gas regulating station near Warsaw; gas boiler room in the new hotel)
• maintenance of the gas metering station, gas metering and regulating stations and regulating points, boilers and heating systems (at present the Department deals with more than 40 stations and heating installations)
• installation of peak hour recorders that helps the customers to optimize and cut down the costs of the gas
• organization of the process of periodical legalization of the gas meters: removing the meter from the station, cleaning, repairing (if necessary), transport to the Calibration Laboratory, contacts with verification officer and local gas supplier, obtaining the necessary documents, installation of the meter back in the station
• anticipation of needs and requirements of customers, satisfying them, technical advising and offering the most beneficial solutions.
The gas stations and heating systems are built on the strength of the technical projects either worked out by the own Design Office of "Gazownia Serwis" or supplied by the Customer.
Personnel
The skills of the welders are continuously verified because almost all welds are x-ray tested. The personnel does his work in time, according to the actual law regulation and technical standards and makes a good use of his experience and know-how. |
