 One of the achievements of our Company is offering a "BCG Gas" gas sealing polymer compound to our customers. Such offer is possible owing to our co-operation with BaCoGa Technik GmbH, Germany. We have been granted a certificate of authorization for sealing of gas pipes inside buildings using the BaCoGa Technik GmbH equipment and "BCG Gas" medium.
In the past, threaded fittings were sealed with read lead, varnish, even plain paint, hence, their present condition is alarming. As a remedy, "Gazownia Serwis" has decided on implementation and application of a technology of sealing household appliances with polymer emulsion. The technology is not noxious to the gas fitter, let alone occupants. The sealing operation does not involve any dismantling or masonry demolishing and reconstructing or repainting. For proper accomplishment of all indispensable jobs it is only necessary to dismount the gas meter and disconnect gas receivers (cookers, boilers). Sealing a commonplace installation with the use of polymer emulsion takes only a few hours. Because of this method is not time consuming, the cost of its application is less than cost of traditional tightening and exchange of piping. There is an extra asset in the new method, viz. the piping becomes fail safe during not less than 5 years (obviously, provided that the piping should not be dismantled and assembled again). Sealing with polymer emulsion allows to rid of all, even difficult to locate leaking places. The emulsion is a modern, water-based product. It is free from harmful solvents and other things that are bad for the natural environment.
Within the framework of the quality oriented policy of P.B. "Gazownia Serwis" Sp. z o.o., we have technical approval for the BCG emulsion from the Institute of Crude Oil and Gas, Kraków. The emulsion is produced by a renowned producer of chemical sealants, BaCoGa Technik GmbH,. That firm has been specializing in sealants for gas and water piping, boilers, and the like, for many years. All their products are made with original and patented recipes.
"Gazownia Serwis" is an all-Poland distributor of BCG Gas polymer emulsion for sealing up gas installations, and we offer the emulsion at competitive retail and wholesale prices.
PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS:
• does not cause corrosion of gas piping;
• does not harm other seals in gas appliances;
• does not worsen the burning process in gas receivers;
• assures gas tightness;
• resistant to aging;
• resistant to the gas fuel condensate, without deteriorating tightness on threaded unions;
• successfully passed all product efficiency tests;
• sticks to the quality standards, e.g. PN-86/M-40305; EN 437: 1994; EN 751-3: 1997;
• application of this product cuts down the cost of new installation or its repair, from 1/2 to 2/3.

Cleanness and time saving.
Sealing gas systems with the BCG Gas sealant takes few hours whereas traditional methods (dismantling and exchange of pipes) take several days. With the new method, there is no demolishing of walls in the building, as there is no need to reach out to a leaking pipe. Last but not least, there is no dirt and dust and their endless removing. One more thing, pets are not disturbed by dog-and-cat loving gas fitters, yet strangers.
